- Incorrect Shipping Information
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. In these cases, we are unable to offer refunds or reship your order.
- Customs & Duties
We currently cover customs taxes for the US, EU, and UAE. However, customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes upon delivery if contacted by their local post office. If these fees are not paid, the shipping carrier may withhold or destroy the package, and we will not provide a refund or reship the order.
