To cancel or update your order, please email halfhalfactive@gmail.com before it ships from our warehouse.


RETURNS

Eligible orders qualify for free returns within 20 days for unworn garments.

To ensure a smooth return process, please take note of the following guidelines:
  1. Products must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging intact.
  2. Please keep all tags attached to unworn garments.
  3. Prevent contact between garments and makeup, deodorant, perfume, or smoke.
  4. Please be informed that, for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on briefs.
  5. For swimsuits and swim bottoms, the hygienic liner must remain attached.
  6. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet our hygiene and health standards.
  7. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties associated with the return parcels. (Please note that we are unable to provide return labels at this time, and any customs duties collected upon delivery will be deducted from the final refund.)
  8. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  9. When returning an item, please include a note in the package with your order number and reasons for the return.
  10. Once the package is marked as delivered, please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.
