Returns
Return Policy
You can return items within 20 days of delivery. Please note that items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Free of any stains, scents, or marks (like makeup or deodorant).
- In their original packaging with all tags attached.
- For swimwear, the hygienic liner must be intact.
Please note: We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet these hygiene standards.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs duties. We are unable to provide return labels at this time.
*Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Back
When you mail your return, please include a note with your order number and the reason for the return inside the package.
Exchange
To request an exchange, please email us at halfhalfactive@gmail.com with the items you would like to receive. We will contact you to confirm the exchange once your returned items have been approved.
Refund
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your refund. You will receive an email as soon as the refund is issued.
